If you would like to change your tariff, request a new electricity supply, or make any updates to your existing supply, please complete our online form using the link below.

To help us process your enquiry as quickly as possible, please include:

  • A clear photo of your electricity meter and the surrounding area.
  • Full details of all the equipment you plan to install.
  • Data sheets for each piece of equipment.
  •          Provide the relevant G98, G99, or G100 application forms for renewable generation enquiries.

Providing this information upfront helps us review your application quickly and avoid any delays.

Charges for Customer Work

Customers who request a tariff change or any other work on their electricity service are subject to charges. Common requests include:

  • Switching to Electric Vehicle, Sustainable Generation, or Electric Heating tariffs
  • Making changes to an existing service
  • Increasing supply capacity

These charges help cover the engineering time, technician time, and administration involved in reviewing and processing your enquiry.

Minimum Costs

If your existing electricity service is suitable and our engineering checks show that no additional work is required, the minimum charge is £200 + VAT.

If our engineering studies identify that further work is needed, additional charges may apply. These will be calculated based on the complexity and level of work required for your specific request.

We’ll always provide a formal quotation outlining the work involved, the applicable charges, and any relevant terms and conditions before anything goes ahead.

Your Choice

If you decide not to proceed with the quotation, we understand — but please note that we will not be able to carry out the requested service or tariff change without acceptance of the quote.

Cancellation Policy

If a programme date has been agreed and:

  • You cancel with less than 1 working days notice
  • Or We attend your site and it is not ready for the work to be carried out a cancellation fee of £138 + VAT will apply.
