The installation process

Our dedicated installers will be replacing all existing meters for domestic and business customers, starting with prepayment meters. This will be done free of charge and with the minimum of disruption. If your electric installation or meter box is non-compliant, you may have to arrange for the remedial work to be completed at your expense. Where required, we may have to undertake a pre-installation survey. All site visits will be notified well in advance.
