Right now, the advice is that we all need to be washing our hands more often.  By following these five steps you can minimise the risk of infection AND save water:

  1. Wet your hands with clean, running water, turn off the tap, and apply soap.
  2. Lather your hands by rubbing them together with the soap. Lather the backs of your hands, between your fingers, and under your nails.
  3. Scrub your hands for at least 20 seconds.
  4. Rinse your hands well under clean, running water.
  5. Dry your hands using a clean towel or air dry them.

Meter reading

We have suspended all meter reading and will be issuing estimated bills, if you would prefer to provide your own reading we are happy for you to submit your own reading to replace any current estimates, you can submit a meter reading online

Help & advice

You may still be working from home and using more electricity. Visit Home Energy Support to help you find ways to save.

If you are moving house you can submit your application online and we will arrange for a meter reader to visit your property to log a final reading.  Monthly direct debit customers who have additional credit can have their monthly payments adjusted and arrange a refund online.

Our Headquarter counter  

Our Headquarters counter is restricted to prepayment top up and support. We have a full range of online services and if you must visit us in person please use the hand sanitiser provided, and maintain social distancing whilst wearing a face covering.  We also have protective screens at our counter. Please do not visit our Headquarters if you are feeling unwell.

Network services

We are continuing to support the construction industry outdoors with appropriate mitigation. if you have accepted and paid our quote for network services connections or alterations in the last 6 weeks and need an update, please email or call 687687 and we will get back to you.

You can continue to book a Septic Tank emptying service online or call 687687 option #5.  A standard request takes 6-8 weeks, although urgent requests can be undertaken in 2 business days for an additional charge.  We will post a receipt confirming completion of the work activity through your letterbox.

Property search requests can be submitted via email (see below) or by post.
