COVID - 19

As of 15th June 2020, the Isle of Man Government removed requirements for social distancing.

We appreciate that some customers may be anxious about the removal of social distancing requirements. If you do have concerns, please do not hesitate to let us know your preference regarding contact.

Your Health

Right now, the advice is that we all need to be washing our hands more often.  By following these five steps you can minimise the risk of infection AND save water:

  1. Wet your hands with clean, running water, turn off the tap, and apply soap.
  2. Lather your hands by rubbing them together with the soap. Lather the backs of your hands, between your fingers, and under your nails.
  3. Scrub your hands for at least 20 seconds.
  4. Rinse your hands well under clean, running water.
  5. Dry your hands using a clean towel or air dry them.

Meter reading

We are now reading all electricity meters with our team being clearly identifiable.  If you are not at home we will leave a card, so you can submit a reading online and we will send you the bill.

Help & advice

You may still be working from home and using more electricity. Our Home Energy Support here is really useful to help you find ways to save.

If you are moving house you can submit your application online and can arrange for a meter reader to visit your property to log a final reading.  Monthly direct debit customers who have additional credit can have their monthly payments adjusted and arrange a refund online.

Our Headquarter counter  

Our Headquarter counter is open.  However, please visit our website to see if your enquiry can be services online.  We continue to support our prepayment customers with top-ups and key issues. Hand sanitizers and clear screens are in place and we would request that if you do feel unwell to avoid visiting our premises.

Network services

You can book a Septic Tank emptying service online. A standard request takes 6-8 weeks, although urgent requests can be undertaken in 2 business days for an additional charge.  We will post a receipt confirming completion of the work activity through your letterbox, if you would like us to email or post the receipt as an alternative please inform a team member in attendance.

Property search requests can be submitted via email (see below) or by post.
