Water supply interruptions
If we have to turn off your water to carry out planned work, we will put a card through your letterbox beforehand to tell you about it.
It’s not always possible to tell you beforehand, for example, if there is a burst water pipe. If your supply is affected during an unplanned supply interruption, we will provide updates on social media where possible.
If you rely on a water supply for medical reasons you may wish to sign up to our Priority Care service.
Alternative supplies
During a water supply interruption, we will always try to restore supplies as soon as possible. If your water is likely to be off for more than 12 hours, we will plan to provide alternative water supplies, including bottled water.
