We are committed to continuously improving the delivery of our services. To support this, we are contacting our account holders by phone to validate, update or refresh our account records. This is a genuine call from us. We will ask for some details to verify the correct account holder, we will never ask for personal banking or financial details. If it is not convenient to discuss your details when we call please let our Customer Service operator know so we can arrange a more appropriate time.
Our Network Power Systems team is also conducting a Customer Survey with help from a locally based agency 'The Marketing Partnership'. The survey will gather information from a sample of our customers who have had contact with us for electricity supply, either planned or unplanned. The overarching purpose is to understand customer perceptions by gathering feedback and benchmarking performance against similar utilities surveys undertaken in the UK.
