How does the proposed development consider safe distance for residents?

Embedded design mitigation measures will be implemented to achieve suitable separation distances in accordance with guidance and best practice. Additional mitigation will be identified as part of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), as necessary and secured through appropriate means e.g., a Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP).

A Shadow Flicker assessment will also be undertaken as part of the environmental studies being progressed. Applicable mitigation measures, where necessary, will be outlined in the Environmental Statement with details of how these can be secured.
