Who is likely to own the windfarm?

This project is being delivered for the people and will be owned by the people of the Isle of Man. The Cair Vie windfarm will be publicly owned and operated by Manx Utilities to protect customers by providing the lowest possible price for consumers, with manufacturers, designers and construction contractors helping to inform the design process for the development.
